Booking terms for The Story So Far

Who I am. The Story So Far is run by Matt Ball, The Book of You. You can reach me at matt.ball@gmx.co.uk.

What you’re booking. A 21-day group programme running from Sunday 8 November to Saturday 28 November 2026. It includes a daily email, a private WhatsApp group, and weekly Zoom conversations.

Payment. The full £49 is paid when you book.

Cancelling. If you need to cancel, let me know any time before Sunday 8 November and I’ll refund you in full. Once the group has started, I can’t offer a refund, but I’m happy to move your place to a future group. If something happens that means you can’t carry on, get in touch and I’ll always try to be fair.

If I need to change anything. If I ever have to cancel or move the dates, you’ll get a full refund or a place on the new dates, whichever you prefer.

The group. What people share in the WhatsApp group and on Zoom stays there. Please treat each other’s stories with care, and don’t share anything from the group outside it. Zoom sessions are not recorded.

Coaching, not therapy. The Story So Far is coaching. It isn’t therapy or medical care, and it isn’t a substitute for either. If something comes up that feels too much to carry, please speak to your GP or a counsellor.
